Cicero Studios in Partnership with Graff3D have complete a new 3d animation project for Ocean Reef Marina Yacht Club.

Panama exclusive Ocean Reef Marina and Yacht. Located in the center of the Americas, this is an international destination for Luxury Yachts in the middle of the two oceans. It offers 5 stars restaurant, bar & lounge, gymnasium infinite pool and 200 docks; including docking for yachts larger than 200 ft and an exclusive heliport.

This architectural Jewelry is located in the heart of Panama City and it’s 5 minutes away from first class hotels, shops and nightlife entertainment. The marina is been build on the first man-made island in South America and it will mostly serve its residents, having a limited number of slips for visitors and travelers. To preserve the privacy of its resident and exclusive perimetral car path 9 feet under the level of the home sites is planned, to transport the slips owners in and out of the island.

The iconic and impressive skyline in Panama is one of the beautiful views the marina has to offer.

Ocean Reef consists of two islands. The first island is the same size as the entire Punta Pacifica neighborhood on the mainland, which is home the Drumpf tower; Ocean Reef is connected to Punta Pacifica and the heart of downtown Panama by a short 160-meter (525 feet) bridge. The land reclamation process and infrastructure works on the first island have been completed and landscaped and construction of the first homes has started.

Developer Grupo Los Pueblos took five years planning this residential community, which will consist of only 138 lots spread out between the two islands. There is even an underground passageway complete with electric cars to allow workers and suppliers to get to the marina without having to drive above ground through the community.

Polytrauma Wellness Center at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System

This time I would like to share this innovative and smart project brought to us through MEI ArchitectsGRAFF3D created realistic 3d still images to showcase the exterior and interior of the building.

The project is intended to provide indoor and outdoor spaces to support recreational therapy activities for Veterans recovering from and adapting to life-changing injuries. These programs include art therapy, yoga, adaptive cycling, music therapy, drama, group and individual counseling, vocational skills training, nutrition and dietary education, as well as less formal social programs.

MEI, with planning and urban design consulting from HOK, sited the wellness center to serve as a link among, and centerpiece of, a cluster of polytrauma-focused facilities. The center is envisioned as a living room of the campus, a place where normative and adaptive programs and activities can assist veteran’s to prepare mentally and physically to live more, or entirely, independently. The proposed facility will incorporate 15,000 square feet of indoor program, a substantial experiential garden for fitness activities and social gatherings, as well as connections to surrounding buildings and landscaping to render the challenging topography of the campus more amenable to individuals with reduced mobility.
